Super healthy broccoli salad

Here we are with our new recipe! It is filled with lots of good vitamins and delicious ingredients: Broccoli, chicken, chickpeas, turmeric etc.

Level: Easy – serves 4

Cooking time: 15 mins


  • 1 broccoli – steam it for 15 min ( until it gets smooth)
  • 1 can of corn
  • ½ cup or 100 gr of cooked chickpeas
  • 100 gr or more chicken
  • ** for the sauce ingredients scroll down.

Chicken Sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil

Mix everything and marinate the chicken inside this mixture for 15 mins. Or if you have time you can marinate it for 30 mins and more.

Then cook the chicken – set aside.

Salad Sauce:  

** I like to make good amount of this sauce. If you want to use less, then divide everthing into half 

  • 4 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of curry
  • Salt & pepper
  •  Mix everything and put it aside.


  1. Steam the broccoli as a whole.
  2. In a large salad bowl put chickpeas, corn.
  3. Place the whole broccoli in the middle of the bowl and add chicken.
  4. Serve it warm or cold with the delicious yogurt sauce.
