One of the best things of the spring is we can eat loooots of asparagus 🙂 This time we prepared this super yummy pasta salad and we know that you will love it too!
Ingredients for 4
- 7-10 asparagus – steamed and cut them into big pieces
- Cherry tomatoes – you decide your own quantity 🙂
- 1 canned tuna fish
- Pasta – it depends how much you want to eat
- Olive oil
- Dijon mustard
- Balsamic vinegar
As you can see from the ingredients list, you decide the amount of the veggies. All you can do is to cut & mix the ingredients and your pasta salad is ready!
