If you follow us long enough, you know that we love salads! Especially, we try to combine fruits and meat in our salads! This one is totally an intuitive salad recipe that we did recently!
The freshness of fennel and grapefruit gave a fantastic taste to our salmon! Hope you also try it once at home!
Preparation Time: 15 mins
Level: Easy , 2 person
- 2 fennel bulbs
- 200 gr of salmon ( of course you can add more!)
- One grapefruit
- Extra virgin olive oil & lemon juice
- Some fresh chives to decorate
- Salt & pepper
Start with fennel, clean them and chop them. ( if it is your first time to use a fennel, click here to see how you can cut it )
Take a grill pan, add some olive oil and start grilling the fennel.
Once they are ready, put them aside, and start grilling the salmon until it is cooked.
Meanwhile, prepare the grapefruit. I know that this can be little bit tricky so you can learn how to do it effectively from this video.
Then, take a salad bowl, add all the ingredients, put some salt, taste and adjust it according to your taste.
