As we promised, we keep trying your recipes in our kitchen! This time, we tried Damla’s recipe which is a refreshing dessert for your summer nights!

- 1 pocket of italian ladyfinger biscuit
- 10 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of wheat starch
- Juice of a 1,5 lemon
- 3 cups of water
- Half cup of coconut flakes
The recipe is quite easy.
Take a sauce pan, put the sugar, flour, starch, water, lemon juice and water. Whisk all constantly and cook over medium heat until the mixture becomes thick.
Then, take a large baking dish, start putting ladyfingers on the bottom of the baking dish then spread the half of the pudding, then again arrange a row of ladyfingers and top with the rest of the pudding.
At the end, add half cup of coconut flakes and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 3 hrs.
