Another simple yet delicious recipe that I’ve learnt from my mum!
During the hot summer days, i love to eat this yogurt with cucumbers as a soup, or a side dish!
I am sure you’ll love it!
Cooking Time: 5 mins
Cooking Level: Easy- 4 person
- 1 medium sized cucumber
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 2 cups of natural yogurt
- 1 cup of very cold water
- Salt, dried mint and chill flakes
- 1 table spoon of olive oil
Take a deep bowl and grate the cucumbers. Then mix the yogurt, water, finely chopped garlic with the cucumber. Give it a good stir, add some salt and taste it.
If the mix is very liquid you can add more yogurt.
According to your taste, top it with olive oil and dried mint!
Sometimes when the weather is very hot, I put some ice cubes inside 🙂 and always serve this recipe very cold!
