- 200 gr of Prawns
- Some greens – We bought green salad mix
- 1 grapefruit – take the white skin off
- 1 small melon – cut into small cubes
- Black cumin seeds to decorate
- Balsamic & olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
The recipe is very easy, grill the prawns with little bit of salt, pepper and olive oil.
Take a salad bowl, add all the greens, melon & grapefruit slices and topped it with grilled prawns, olive oil, black cumin and balsamic.
