Summer Salad with Melon, Grapefruit and Prawns 


As the weather is getting hotter we prefer to eat refreshing and cold salads for dinner!

If you like to eat salad as well then this recipe is for you 🙂


Preparation Time: 15 mins

Level: Easy – 4 people


  • 200 gr of Prawns
  • Some greens – We bought green salad mix
  • 1 grapefruit – take the white skin off
  • 1 small melon – cut into small cubes
  • Black cumin seeds to decorate
  • Balsamic & olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

The recipe is very easy, grill the prawns with little bit of salt, pepper and olive oil.

Take a salad bowl, add all the greens, melon & grapefruit slices and topped it with grilled prawns, olive oil, black cumin and balsamic.
