This is a very fresh and tasty salad that you can prepare under 10 mins! Really 🙂 Scroll down and check out the recipe details!
- 2 fennel – chopped into small pieces
- 2 tablespoon of chopped green olives
- 1 can of Tuna fish
- Some chives
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
Cooking Time: 10 min to cut the vegetables
Level: Easy, for 1-2 person
Clean the fennels, peel of the first skin and then cut them into small pieces. Take a bowl and stir all the rest of the ingredients! Season it with salt & pepper. We like to eat this salad in hot summer days and don’t forget to serve it cold!
