Parsley Salad with Feta and Pomegranate Molasses



Sometimes you only mix some simple ingredients and then the magic happens! This salad is a true delight to all the senses!

For me, the most important piece of this parsley salad is to season it with pomegranate Molasses (or syrup) that i’ve brought from Turkey. You can easily find it in all Turkish markets in Zurich too. This gives a very nice sweet and acid taste to your salads. Hope you’ll try this once at home!


Cooking Time:  10 mins to cut all the vegetables

Level: Easy,  for 2 person


(Please add all the ingredients below according to your taste)

  • Bunch of Parsley – keep the amount of parsley a lot, it should be the star of your salad 🙂
  • 100 grs of Feta  
  • 1 tablespoon of Pomegranate Molasses
  • 6-7 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Some dill
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • If you like you can add a little bit of fresh garlic as well.

Start chopping all the ingredients according to your preference. Normally, I prefer to chop parsley and onion into small pieces. Then add all the vegetables into a bowl, season it with feta, olive oil and pomegranate molasses.

Needles to say, you’ll love this refreshing salad!
