Have you ever tried parsley pesto? Me not 🙂 Actually, the other day i bought a bunch of parsley for a salad and i forgot to use it.. I was wondering what can I do with it and this idea came up to my mind!
This pesto is delicious and very aromatic! Ideal for pasta or as a sauce for a nice steak!

- 90 gr olive oil
- 20 gr parsley
- 40 gr of parmesan cheese
- Some grilled pine nuts ( around 10 piece)
- A little garlic clove ( not too much otherwise you can kill the taste)
Cooking Time: 5 mins
Actually, the recipe is so simple! this time I calculated by grams… if you dont have any kitchen scale, just follow your heart 🙂 and you’ll see that its very simple to preapre this pesto.
Add parsley, cheese, olive oil, garlic, pine nuts into a food processor and mix it! Always taste the paste to check if it needs more olive oil 🙂
