Delicious Granola with Nuts and Coconut Oil


Who can say no to freshly made Granolas? This is my favourite recipe! It smells great, it is healthy, crunchy and  it is with coconut oil! If you are also a granola fan, scroll down and enjoy the recipe! 🙂


  • 2 cups of organic oats
  • 1 cups of almonds ( chopped into small pieces)
  • 1 cups of walnuts ( chopped into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup of dried fruits
  • 1 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 3 tablespoon of maple sirup
  • 2 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1tablespoon of cinnamon

Cooking Time:  45 min

Level: Easy,  for 2-3 person


Preheat the oven to 160 C ( grill section)

Take a big cup and add almonds, oats, walnuts, dried fruits and sunflower seeds.

Take a sauce pan and melt the coconut oil, maple sirup and cinnamon ( only 2 mins max – don’t boil it). Add this mixture on the top of the oats, mix it. spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for a 45 mins. Cool before serving. I prefer to eat with plain yogurt however you can eat it with milk as well.
