Cod Fish with Asparagus à la sauce de Sylvie!


Hmmm.. Spring is here and it’s asparagus time! I’ll share a delicious, fantastic, super yummy beurre blanc recipe that goes well with Cod fish!

Maybe you ask why the sauce is called “ Sauce de Sylvie”. Its just because that my mother in law created this sauce 🙂 Actually it is little bit different from the original recipe however we prefer this one!

  • 1,5 tablespoon of butter ( unsalted)
  • 1 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Serve it with fish, asparagus and potatoes.

Cooking Time: 5 mins

Level: Easy – 1-2 person

Take a sauce pan, add the butter, let it melt. Then add the lemon juice and cream. Mix it until the sauce is thick. Finish it by adding the salt & pepper.
