For the first time we tried a rice bowl at home and i think we will keep cooking it again 🙂 New variations definitely will come soon!
- Steamed Jasmine rice
- 1 onion – this time we wanted to try with red onions but normally you can use spring onions
- Some coriander
- Half avocado

Actually the recipe is so easy!
First prepare the sauce for the prawns and let it rest 45 min in the fridge.
Steam the jasmine rice. Cook the prawns in a pan and once they are cooked, then decorate the ball as shown on the picture 🙂
