Poulet Provençale





Tonight i was totally lost and i had no idea for dinner… I was leaving from the office and I heard someone saying that he will have chicken for dinner! Then this idea came to my mind 🙂

Taste of France and a feast for a dinner: Chicken ( Poulet)  Provençale!

Cooking Time: 30 – 45 mins

Level: Easy


  • 400gr of tomato sauce
  • 4 chicken drumstick
  • 2 onions ( chopped thick)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 10-15 black olives
  • Some capers
  • 1 big garlic clove
  • Black Pepper & Salt
  • 2 table spoon on olive oil
  • 1 table spoon of fresh creme
  • Fresh oregano

Take a big pan, add onions, olive oil, chicken and chopped bell peppers inside. Stir it until the the chicken becomes brown ( app. 5-8 mins).

Then add  tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, capers into the pan. Cook them in a low heat during 30 mins. Once it is cooked, add the fresh creme and serve it warm.
