Grilled Tuna Fish with Mango Salsa

Thanks to my husband I discovered this delicious recipe!

We bought Tuna fish and prepared this delicious meal only in 10 mins!!! Are you curious to know the recipe? Then read the details in below, you’ll love it!

Ingredients 

  • Fresh Tuna Fish
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 stalk of green onions
  • 1 small cucumber
  • Extra Virgin Oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

Cooking Time:  10 mins

Level: Easy,  for 1 person

Start with the mango salsa. I prefer that my salsa cold so i always start with it and make it cooler in the fridge until we eat it 🙂

Chop all the veggies into small cubes, and season it with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Grill the Tuna fish in a pan, first cook the two sides with high heat then turn the heat in a medium level and continue to cook until the tuna is brown ( inside should be cook as well – we cooked around 10 mins in total)

Once the Tuna is ready, serve it with your delicious salsa 🙂
