Recently we had a very nice surprise from Giovanni Rana, a delicious ravioli brand! They sent us a huge box that is filled with raviolis and pasta sauces 🙂 As we had so many raviolis at home, we wanted to try a special recipe! We changed the game and instead of boiling the ravioli, we fried them 🙂 The result was super yummy and I highly recommend you to try this at home!

- 1 Giovanni Rana ravioli with basil
- 1 cup of tomato sauce ( either you can use the tomato sauce from Rana or any basic tomato sauce)
- Bunch of basil
- 1 Eggplant
- 1 Garlic clove
- Extra Virgin Oil
- Salt & pepper
Cooking Time: 6 min for egg & 5 min for cutting all the veggies
Level: Easy, for 1 person
Start cutting the eggplants into small cubes. Stir fry them with salt, olive oil and garlic.
On the other side boil the raviolis during 4 mins, once they are cooked place them onto kitchen towel and let them dry little bit. Then, Heat the pan with olive oil and fry the raviolis during 2 mins (both sides).
Take a plate and place the raviolis onto tomato sauce and serve it with fried eggplants.
