To put you more in spring mood, here is another recipe that i like to make. So fresh, so easy and so healthy!
I prefer to serve this salad as a starter and so far all my friends loved it!
- 1 Big Celery
- 1 Red Apple
- 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon of Greek Yogurt ( I use Yogos from Migros)
- Some walnuts
- 1 Orange
- Salt & pepper
Cooking Time: 10 min
Level: Easy, for 4 person
Start cleaning the celery and apple. Grate all the ingredients and once you finish season it with yogurt, mayonnaise, salt & pepper and walnuts. The trick is, add yogurt just 1 min before you serve the salad because sometimes yogurt can make the salad little bit juicy and this is not so good 🙂
I prefer to serve this salad on an orange slice, the presentation is much better and after you can eat the orange :0)
