As you know, i love to roast veggies and my latest discovery is to roast radish. Recently I roasted them again and was wondering how to use it in a salad.. then this idea came out!
This salad is not something very special but very tasty and I wanted to share this on my blog. Sometimes its hard to decide what to eat at home and be creative… So guys, instead of doing the same salad every night, i recommend you my delicious colourful spring salad.
- 1 Lettuce
- Bunch of parsley
- 1 Lemon juice
- Baby Radish
- Extra Virgin Oil
- Salt & pepper
Cooking Time: 15 min ( roasting the radish)
Level: Easy, for 4 person
Preheat the oven to 200C – I used the fan option.
Start cutting the radish into two and place them in an oven pan. Season it with salt, pepper & olive oil. Roast them during 15 mins.
On the other side start chopping the lettuce and parsley according to your preference. Place them in a big bowl, season it with lemon juice, salt and little bit of olive oil.
Once the radishes are roasted, top your salad with it and your delicious salad is ready to eat!
