•250 gr of cooked chickpeas ( I used the one in a can)
•1/2 lemon juice
•1 tablespoon of Tahini
•3 (or more) tablespoon of chickpea liquid from the can
• 4 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
•1 small garlic cloves
•1 teaspoon of cumin & paprika
•Salt & pepper
Preparation Time: 5 min.
Cooking Level: Easy
First put all the ingredients in a food processor and begin to process.
The most important part of the hummus is to have a smooth puree! If your hummus is not very smooth than add more chickpea water and process.
Taste your hummus and adjust the taste according to your preference by adding more salt, lemon juice or cumin!
