Broccoli Salad with Red Beans


You want to eat something healthy and easy to prepare? So, this salad can be your answer 🙂

This is a healthy salad idea for lunch and dinner.. Enjoy it! 


  • Medium Broccoli
  • 1 long red peppers
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can of sweetcorn
  • 1 can of red beans
  • Olive oil & Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt&Pepper

Cooking Time: 15 min

Level: Easy – 4 person

Steam all the vegetables during 10 mins. Once they are ready to eat, chop them and mix it with red beans and sweetcorn. Season the salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. And your salad is ready to eat 🙂 You see, it’s quite easy to prepare it!
