Pumpkin Dip with Cumin

I think i can eat this dip everyday. Seriously, cumin and garlic flavour goes very well with pumpkin and you can’t stop yourself eating this dip 🙂

Here are the Ingredients:

700gr pumpkin ( copped in to cubes and seeded)

2 teaspoon of ground cumin

2 garlic cloves

2 tablespoon of greek yogurt

2 tablespoon of olive oil

Salt & pepper

Cooking Time: 20mins.

Level: Easy – for +4 person

Take a big cooking pan and add your peeled and cleaned pumpkin with a cold water inside. Let them cook until the pumpkins become soft. Once it is cooked, drain them and put a side.

Add olive oil, garlic and cumin to a pan and stir them over minimum heat. Once the garlic takes a little bit colour add pumpkins. Cook it during 3 mins, then leave them aside to cool down.

Take the food processor and blend the pumpkin mix. Pour this mix in to a bowl and add yogurt. Then keep this in the fridge and serve it cool with some nam bread or some toasts.
