Crispy Kale

Kale is a very popular vegetable of this year!

Everyone makes Kale smoothies, salads with Kale etc…This time I will introduce you a very easy and delicious way of eating this delicious green vegetable!


Bunch of Kale ( according to your guest number)

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Serve it with garlic yogurt

Preheat the oven to 220C with grill option.

Clean the Kale and cut out the hard stem. Season the leaves with salt and olive oil and tip them on to the tray.  Bake it until they become crisp – this can take around 12-15 mins.

You can serve these crisp leaves with a garlic yogurt! Enjoy it!
