I am writing this post from Sydney. For some good reasons we will be spending winter in Sydney:) So far I really liked this city and looking forward to discover more.
In Sydney most of the time i am not cooking at home and if I cook, I try to do some fresh salads..
This morning i was looking desperately to our fridge and I was not sure what to do with some leftovers.. Then this recipe came to my mind and the result was extra delicious! Try it, you wont be disappointed!
2 middle tomatoes
2 cans of tuna ( with lemon flavour)
Some yellow peppers
Some coriander leaves for the decoration
Olive oil & Balsamic
Salt & Pepper
Cooking Time: 8 mins.
Level: Easy – For 2 person
Cut the avocado into two and put one half into your plate. Mash it and leave it on the middle of the plate. Cut the tomatoes into thin circles and place them around the avocado. Then put canned tuna fish on the top of the avocado mash. Pour some olive oil and balsamic on the the tomatoes. Finish your salad by adding some chopped peppers and coriander. Thats all you need 🙂 You will really love this salad.
