Mushrooms, especially grilled mushrooms with cheese is my favourite side dish for winter and it always reminds me home.. I remember that my mum used to cook this a lot when we were having meat or chicken.
As we are in Switzerland, I wanted to try the recipe with gruyere cheese ( Normally mum makes it with mozzarella) and the result was good! If you are also Mushroom lover like me then you should try this easy and delicious recipe.
Paris or Brown Mushrooms
Grated gruyere cheese
Salt & Pepper
I always peel mushroom skin, if you don’t prefer this than start filling mushrooms with butter and Gruyere cheese. Add some black pepper and salt then place them into your oven. Don’t forget to choose grill option and preheat the oven to 200C. Grill your mushrooms until they become brown!
Serve them with freshly chopped parsley 🙂
