Last weekend we were at our friends house for a breakfast and they served us a nice red berry smoothie with banana, blueberries and mango! It was extremely so delicious! Okay i admit that you need a spoon to drink it but anyways it was delicious with lots of vitamins 🙂 As I never did this at home, I decided to give it a try! Here is my healthy raw green smoothie!
Ingredients for Refreshing Green Smoothie:
( You can add all the ingredients according to your taste.. I mean less ginger buy more cucumber etc.)
- A small cucumber – Peel the skin
- Fresh ginger
- Bunch of parsley
- Half of a lime juice
- 1 Apple
To make smoothies, you must have a blender otherwise that would be little difficult for you 🙂
Put all the ingredients into a mixer and blend it until they become smooth! You see its very easy!
This smoothie doesn’t contain any additional sugar and if you like sweet smoothies, this may not be your cup of tea 🙂
If you do smoothie with fruits make sure that you balance the sugar in a right way! Otherwise your smoothie can become a real threat for you!
